Situated in Stouffville, Ontario, Abraham Diles is the owner of Stakeout Dining Room and Lounge. Born into a restaurant business, Diles has been deeply passionate about the hospitality industry throughout the entirety of his life. In fact, he learned the ins and outs of running a restaurant at an early age. Little did he know that the seed that was planted from a young age would one day blossom into a successful career. At that point, he ventured into entrepreneurial-ship on his own and established a successful business in fine dining.
At the young age of 17, Abraham Diles made the decision that he was going to move from a small town to the big city – Toronto. There, he attended Humber College to pursue an education in Hospitality Management. Displaying a natural talent for the field, Abraham set out to get as much experience as possible while still in school. In fact, he worked in the service industry at the time and his thirst for knowledge quickly paid off. In addition, his hardworking ‘can-do’ attitude was instrumental in assisting him in understanding all aspects of the restaurant business.
By the time Abraham Diles was 21 years old, he opened his first restaurant. Soon after, he began operating and owning several successful restaurants and he felt more than ready to go even bigger.
In 2003, and after 20 years of experience, Abraham Diles took a leap of faith and ventured into the business of beef. He went on to establish Stakeout Dining Room and Lounge and nurtured this business since the day of its inception. His confidence as well as firm belief that customers always come first is still the foundation of his business.
